External Validation of a Nomogram for Predicting Tubulointerstitial Lesions in IgA Nephropathy: A Cross-Regional Study in China

This dataset contains de-identified baseline clinical and pathological information of 387 patients diagnosed with IgA nephropathy (IgAN) from the Kunming (KM) cohort, located in Yunnan Province, China. The data were used to assess the association between various clinical variables and Oxford T score (tubular atrophy/interstitial fibrosis) and to develop and validate predictive models. The dataset includes demographic data (age, sex), clinical measurements (blood pressure, BMI, serum creatinine, serum cystatin C, serum albumin, urinary protein excretion [UPE]), and calculated estimated glomerular filtration rates (eGFR) based on creatinine (eGFRcr) and combined creatinine–cystatin C (eGFRcr-cys). The Oxford MEST-C pathological classification (M, E, S, T, C scores) is also included.
