Census 2011 – Road Atlas RLP – Share of vacant apartments on 9 May 2011

Census 2011 – Road Atlas Rhineland-Palatinate. For the first time since the 1987 census, the 2011 census provides small-scale and technically differentiated structural data. The subordinate results demonstrated here are of high interest primarily to those responsible for regional and local policy and planning. With this WMS @-@ Kartedienst (WMS = WebMapService) the Statistische Landesamt Rheinland @-@ Pfalz presents a data atlas, whose maps provide information on the population, household and real estate structures found in the count on 9 May 2011 below the municipal level. In detail, the data atlas contains the following key figures from the topics ‘Buildings and apartments’, ‘Houses’ and ‘Population’: Flats per building, rooms per apartment, share of self-used apartments, share of rented or rent-free apartments, share of vacant dwellings, persons per household, proportion of households with at least one minor child, share of pure senior citizens’ households, youth quotient, old-age ratio, foreigners’ share as well as proportion of foreigners with their own migration experience. The proportion of vacant dwellings in all inhabited and vacant dwellings (including apartments used by diplomats and members of foreign armed forces) is proven. Holiday and leisure apartments as well as commercially used apartments are not taken into account. The calculation was made for dwellings in residential buildings (excluding dormitories).2011年人口普查——莱茵兰-普法尔茨州道路地图集。自1987年人口普查以来，2011年人口普查首次提供了小尺度、技术区分度较高的结构化统计数据。此处展示的次级统计成果，主要面向区域与地方政策制定者及规划从业人员，具备较高的参考价值。借助此WMS（WebMapService，即网络地图服务）地图服务，莱茵兰-普法尔茨州统计局推出了一款数据地图集，其地图涵盖2011年5月9日人口普查中市级以下层级的人口、家庭与房地产结构相关信息。具体而言，该数据地图集包含「建筑与公寓」「住宅」及「人口」三大主题下的以下关键指标：每栋建筑的公寓数量、每套公寓的房间数、自住公寓占比、出租或免租公寓占比、空置住宅占比、每户常住人口数、至少包含一名未成年子女的家庭占比、纯老年家庭占比、青年抚养比、老年抚养比、外籍人口占比，以及有移民经历的外籍人口占比。该指标统计了所有已入住住宅与空置住宅（含外交人员及外国武装部队人员使用的公寓）中的空置住宅占比。假日休闲公寓及商用公寓未纳入本次统计范畴。本次统计范围仅限住宅建筑内的住宅（不含集体宿舍）。
