The statistical operation related to the Conciliation of Work, Family and Personal Life analyses the possibilities that employed people residing in the Basque Country have to reconcile their working life with family and staff. Reconciliation involves balancing the different facets of our lives, which entails the need to combine paid work with domestic work, as well as family responsibilities and free time that we dedicate to the personal sphere.The survey on the Conciliation of Work, Family and Personal Life aims to deepen the possibilities of reconciling the different facets mentioned: the work, related to economic life, through which a financial benefit is received, the family benefit, related to domestic tasks and the care of the family (minor children, dependent persons) and the staff, related to the space and time, individual in which people take care of themselves and relate to their environment.针对工作-家庭-个人生活协调（Conciliation of Work, Family and Personal Life）的统计研究，旨在分析巴斯克地区在职劳动者协调其工作生活与家庭及个人事务的可行空间。工作协调本质是平衡人生的多重维度，这意味着需要将有偿工作与家务劳动、家庭责任以及用于个人领域的闲暇时间进行有机结合。 本次围绕工作-家庭-个人生活协调开展的调研，旨在深化对前述三大协调维度的认知：其一为工作维度，关乎经济生活，可带来经济收益；其二为家庭维度，涵盖家务劳动与家庭照料（含未成年子女、受扶养人员）；其三为个人生活维度，关乎个体用于自我照料及社交互动的空间与时间。
