根据自定规则对深井泵专利数据进行检索分析,了解深井泵专利情况,有助于深井泵成果转化,也有利于了解深井泵技术发展趋势及核心技术,有助于企业避免重复研发及侵犯他人的知识产权。数据来源:中国专利数据库中有关深井泵的专利数据。算法规则:本数据基于 AHP 模型,从发明人数量、代理机构情况、被引用专利数量、优先权国家/地区、Cpc分类、简单同族专利申请、ipc分类数量、战略新兴产业八大价值维度,赋予相应的系数,并将六类价值之和定义为专利综合价值,利用IFS函数对专利进行价值判定,用于评价现有专利价值,为本领域技术人员、市场主体、成果转化机构提供技术支撑。算法规则包括:1.Cpc分类数量得分,每有一个cpc数量得2分,2.ipc分类数量得分,每有一个ipc的2分,3.简单同族专利申请数量得分,每有一个简单同族专利申请则得10分,4.是否为战略新兴产业得分,是战略新兴产业得30分(1代表是战略新兴产业,0代表不是战略新兴产业),5.优先权国家/地区个数得分,每有一个则的5分, 6.被引用专利数量得分,每有一个被引用得20分,7.代理机构得分,有代理机构的1分(0代表无代理,1代表有代理),8.发明人得分,每有一个发明人加一分9. 专利类型得分,实用新型5分,发明为15分。
Retrieving and analyzing deep well pump patent data in accordance with custom-defined rules helps understand the patent landscape of deep well pumps, which facilitates the commercialization of deep well pump technological achievements, clarifies the development trends and core technologies of deep well pump technology, and enables enterprises to avoid redundant R&D and intellectual property infringement.
Data Source: Patent data related to deep well pumps from the China Patent Database.
Algorithm Rules: This dataset is based on the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) model, assigning corresponding coefficients to eight value dimensions including the number of inventors, agency information, number of cited patents, priority countries/regions, CPC classifications, simple patent family applications, number of IPC classifications, and strategic emerging industries. The sum of the six value dimensions is defined as the comprehensive patent value, and the IFS function is utilized to assess patent values for evaluating existing patent quality, providing technical support for persons skilled in the art, market entities, and achievement transformation institutions.
The specific algorithm rules are listed below:
1. CPC classification quantity score: 2 points per CPC classification.
2. IPC classification quantity score: 2 points per IPC classification.
3. Simple patent family application score: 10 points per simple patent family application.
4. Strategic emerging industry score: 30 points if the patent falls under strategic emerging industries (1 = yes, 0 = no).
5. Priority country/region count score: 5 points per priority country/region.
6. Cited patent count score: 20 points per cited patent.
7. Agency score: 1 point if an agency is retained (0 = no agency, 1 = with agency).
8. Inventor score: 1 point added for each inventor.
9. Patent type score: 5 points for utility model patents, 15 points for invention patents.
