Spatial Transcriptomics data, produced using Nanostrings GeoMx from Human and Mouse tissues, focused on microbleeds and control, healthy regions paired with each microbleed region. The data were processed using R and GeoMxTools. Code and reports can be shared upon request. For this paper, the miRNA data were submitted to the NCBI GEO database (GSE288162).
