Raw data of helicopter electromagnetics (HEM) area 146 Geyer

In 2013-2016, the BGR carried out the research project “Erzexploration Erzgebirge E³” together with the Helmholtz Institute Freiberg for Resource Technology (HIF) at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) and the Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (TUBAF) for the exploration of metallic raw materials in the vicinity of the city of Geyer in the Erzgebirge. The area size is about 135 km² and 16 measuring flights with a total profile length of 1 653 km (418.603 measuring points) were needed to cover the entire measuring area. The Sollab level of the 189 NW-SO measurement profiles is 100 m, the Sollab level of the 14 NO-SW control profiles is 500 m.
