Glaesserella parasuis strain:29755 Transcriptome or Gene expression

Investigation of the transcriptome of Glaesserella parasuis strain 29755 grown in brain-heart infusion media (broth or agar). This study attempted to assess the impact of growth substrate on the transcription profile of G. parasuis and the transcription of genes that may be important immunogens. Minimal transcriptional work has been completed on G. parasuis and this work can be utilized as the foundation for comparative analysis in the future.
