防汛場所基本資料

水利署災害緊急應變系統為平時或汛期值班應變的核心系統，更是許多相關防災系統的資料供應重要來源，透過系統與資通訊技術達成整備、監控、預警、通報、應變、決策六大任務，可作為防災應變人員之最佳資訊輔助工具，供水利署作為災害應變決策之參考。水利防災中心為了解防汛備料如防汛塊、太空袋、PC樁、砂包、蛇籠、塊石、擋水閘板等擺放位置及現場情況，防汛場所基本資料庫提供各種防汛備料之所在縣市或鄉鎮市、放置位置(防汛倉庫或防汛堆置廠)、所屬河川、所屬水系、所屬鄉鎮市、資料修改日期、資料修改人員等資料欄位，以在汛期防洪需求時，能有效的監控及調度防汛備料，系統資料庫須於每年汛期前完成統計和維護，以提高防汛場所基本資料之正確性。The Water Resources Agency's Disaster Emergency Response System is the core system for on-duty emergency response during both routine operations and flood seasons, and also a critical data source for numerous related disaster prevention systems. Through the system and information and communications technology (ICT), it accomplishes six core tasks: preparation, monitoring, early warning, notification, response, and decision-making. It serves as an optimal information assistance tool for disaster prevention and response personnel, and provides reference for the Water Resources Agency when formulating disaster emergency response decisions. The Water Resources Disaster Prevention Center, in order to obtain information on the placement locations and on-site conditions of flood control materials including flood control blocks, big bags, PC piles, sand bags, gabions, block stones, and flood gate boards, has established the Basic Database of Flood Control Locations. This database contains data fields such as the county or township where each type of flood control material is located, storage location (flood control warehouse or flood control stockyard), affiliated river, affiliated water system, affiliated township, data modification date, and data modifier, so that flood control materials can be effectively monitored and dispatched when flood control demands arise during flood seasons. The system database must be statistically summarized and maintained before each annual flood season to improve the accuracy of basic flood control location data.
