Results of Professional Elections for Technical Committees in the Public Service in 2018

Breakdown by professional organisation of the 2.4 million valid votes cast. Between 29 November and 6 December 2018, the professional elections took place for the second time simultaneously in the three sides of the civil service (State, territorial and hospital), as well as officials of La Poste, Orange and public officials of other bodies, making it possible to determine the representativeness of trade unions at national level within the civil service. Two files are available for download: > Results of Professional Elections for Technical Committees in the Public Service in 2018 > National results to establish the representativeness of trade union organisations at the level of the public service as a whole published on 11 and 20 December 2018. They take into account the results of the technical committees set up with local authorities for the territorial civil service (FPT) and those set up in the public institutions of the hospital civil service (FPH). For the public service of the State (FPE) they aggregate the results of the ministerial technical committees (CTMs), and the technical proximity committees set up by certain public institutions of the State whose staff were not voters to the CTMs or set up with certain specific authorities.本次有效投票共计240万张，现将其按专业机构维度进行分类统计。 2018年11月29日至12月6日，法国公务员体系包含国家公务员、地方公务员及医院系统公务员三大分支，同时法国邮政（La Poste）、奥兰治（Orange）集团公职人员与其他公共机构的公务人员同步开展了第二次专业选举，本次选举可借此评估法国公务员体系内全国层面工会组织的代表性。 本次数据集提供两份可下载文件： > 《2018年公共服务领域专业委员会（Technical Committees）专业选举结果》 > 《2018年12月11日及20日发布的全国性工会组织代表性评估报告》，该报告用于评估整体公共服务体系层面的工会组织代表性。其统计范围涵盖：地方公务员体系下由地方当局设立的专业委员会（FPT）的选举结果，以及医院系统公共机构设立的专业委员会（FPH）的选举结果；针对国家公务员体系（FPE），则汇总了各部委专业委员会（ministerial technical committees，CTMs）的选举结果，以及部分未参与部委专业委员会投票的国家公共机构设立的技术联络委员会，或是由特定主管部门设立的专业委员会的选举结果。
