**Cultural expenditure of municipalities with 3,500 or more inhabitants in 2019 and 2020**: cultural operating expenditure, cultural investment expenditure, in thousands of euros, in euro per capita and as a percentage of total expenditure for each municipality.

NB: operating expenses are intended for the day-to-day operation of the community, its services and the cultural activities it finances; capital expenditures include operations that change the consistency or value of the community’s heritage (constructions, major developments, infrastructure works, purchases of “sustainable” assets, etc.).
