Gene expression in FCRL2+ cell lines stimulated with anti-FCRL2 antibodies

Fc receptor-like 2 (FCRL2) molecule is expressed in the B cell subpopulation. Although FCRL2 has both immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation/Inhibition motives (ITAM/ITIM) in the intracellular regions, the biological functions and roles remain unknown. In this study, we compare gene expression profiles in # FCRL2+ cell lines (HS-Sultan, RPMI8226, or SU-DHL-5) with and without treatment of a mixture of Anti-FCRL2 monoclonal antibodies. 12 samples were analyzed. FCRL2+ HS-Sultan, RPMI8226, or SU-DHL-5cells were precultured for 16 hrs. They were subsequently treated in the used medium with a mixture of anti-FCRL2 B24 and B62 monoclonal antibodies for 24 hrs. Biological duplicates were prepared for each treatment. Biotin-labeled cRNA was prepared from the total cellular RNA and subjected to hybridization with the HumanHT-12 v3 Expression BeadChip (Illumina). Data were analyzed using BeadStudio.
