齿轮在热处理过程中会产生难以预料的变形,传统解决齿轮热处理畸变往往采用“试错法”调整热处理工艺,但是“试错法”获取热处理工艺数据不够精确且费时费力,畸变控制的效果也很难得到保证。本数据集通过前处理模块将人字齿轮模型、材料性能及换热特性进行数据化,在多场耦合数值模型和热处理工艺基础上建立基于deform-HT的热处理过程的仿真模型,从而将物理模型转化为数值计算模型;利用有限元仿真获得零件热处理后的碳浓度、组织、硬度、应力和变形等仿真结果数据;利用仿真结果进行正交实验,优化设计热处理工艺参数。根据优化的热处理工艺参数进行实际生产,以达到降低生产成本和提高生产效率的目的。
Gears suffer from unpredictable deformations during heat treatment. Traditionally, the trial-and-error method is commonly adopted to adjust heat treatment processes to mitigate gear heat treatment distortion. However, this approach fails to obtain accurate heat treatment process data, is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the effect of distortion control is difficult to guarantee. This dataset digitizes the herringbone gear model, material properties and heat transfer characteristics through a preprocessing module. A heat treatment process simulation model based on deform-HT is established on the basis of the multi-field coupling numerical model and heat treatment processes, thereby transforming the physical model into a numerical calculation model. Finite element simulation is employed to obtain simulation result data including carbon concentration, microstructure, hardness, stress and deformation of the parts after heat treatment. Orthogonal experiments are conducted using the simulation results to optimize heat treatment process parameters. Actual production is carried out based on the optimized heat treatment process parameters, aiming to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.
