环形锻件质量多传感器智能无损检测与分析评价系统主要性能第三方测试数据

国家冶金工业钢材无损检测中心受武汉理工大学委托，对“环形锻件质量多传感智能无损检测与分析评价系统”进行了综合性能测试，测试结果表明该系统可以检测高温合金、铝合金和不锈钢等不同材料环形锻件0.3mm当量缺陷，漏检率0%，可检测孔洞、裂纹和夹皮等缺陷类型。第三方检测数据包括采用所开发的系统检测多种材料多类型缺陷的无损检测数据，数据量103MB。

Entrusted by Wuhan University of Technology, the National Metallurgical Industry Steel Non-destructive Testing Center conducted a comprehensive performance test on the "Multi-sensor Intelligent Non-destructive Testing and Analysis Evaluation System for Annular Forging Quality". The test results show that this system can detect 0.3mm equivalent defects in annular forgings made of various materials such as superalloys, aluminum alloys and stainless steel, with a missed detection rate of 0%, and is capable of detecting defect types including pores, cracks and forging scabs. The third-party test dataset includes non-destructive testing data of multiple types of defects in different materials collected by the developed system, with a total size of 103 MB.
