Savignys Rechtsdenken im Spiegel deutscher und italienischer Romantik

The paper is intended to define the position of Savigny as compared to Romanticism, starting from the difference that exists between the German position and the Italian one. The conceptual opposition between Classicism and Romanticism is recognized as useless and it is briefly dealt with personal context. It focuses on the influence of Romanticism on Savigny's thought.
