City of Cleveland Land Bank Owned Parcels

The City of Cleveland’s Land Reutilization (Land Bank) Program is designed to acquire vacant land and market it to individuals, developers, and non-profit organizations for redevelopment. The goal is to contribute to the economic, social, and environmental betterment of Cleveland through the redevelopment of City-owned land. Requests to purchase or lease parcels are considered in consultation with the Councilperson, local Community Development Corporation, and Planning Commission to ensure the best interests of the public are served. All transactions are completed in accordance with Ordinance No. 2076-76, passed by Cleveland City Council on October 25, 1976. A smaller number of parcel records in this dataset are from the City's Industrial-Commercial Land Bank. For availability and application details, contact the Cleveland Land Bank.
