资源简介:

The new technical solutions for decentralized stormwater treatment continuously come onto the market in Sweden and are marketed by various manufacturers, often with reference to high delay of stormwater and purification potential and low maintenance requirements. However, independent tests proving the performance of the facilities have rarely been carried out in Sweden. It is a complex decision for the end user to choose the right technology and/or manufacturer for a particular area of use and purpose, while function over a longer period of time must be ensured. There is no Swedish standard or uniform definition of stormwater facilities. Instead, many municipalities refer to Svenskt Vatten’s publications or to their own sample collections for stormwater measures and design criteria that must apply during construction. There are countless publications and investigations carried out in Sweden and internationally on key figures and design criteria for the design of sustainable stormwater solutions, both delaying and diverting techniques. As a designer and client, you also need to refer to the reference work of “General material and work description for construction works” (AMA). There are requirement criteria for many types of facilities, but not yet for surface stormwater measures. In other countries, several different standards have already been developed for the evaluation of prefabricated stormwater solutions. As part of this Transnational Access project, a proposal for a national standard for prefabricated stormwater facilities will be developed, based on investigation with test standard of IKT - Institute for Underground Infrastructure (Germany) within “IKT Hydraulic Test Stand (IKT TEST)”. The data of this project will be the basis for a standard development process together with the Swedish Institute for Standards (SIS) with the aim of a final adoption during 2024. The overall purpose of the project is to enable a better competitive and transparent market for prefabricated stormwater solutions for both the suppliers and the procurers. This transnational project is part of the EU funded project Co-UDLABS - Collaborative Urban Drainage research lab communities and was initiated by RISE - Research Institutes of Sweden in cooperation with Luleå University of Technology (LTU) and the Swedish company UPONOR. The authors acknowledge financial support from the European Union under the Horizon 2020 program within a contract for Integrating Activities for Starting Communities (Ref. 101008626)
