File Specifications for CVMFS Containers

The specifications list files to be included in two different containers for running CVMFS jobs. The specification format consists of newline-separated paths, relative to the respective repo roots. For example, every line in cms.spec should be prefixed with /cvmfs/cms.cern.ch to produce a list of absolute paths that could be resolved using the CVMFS FUSE client.
