Microarray expression profile of exosomal circRNAs

Interaction between the differential circRNAs and miRNAs were theoretically predicted by TargetScan and miRanda algorithm (http://www.microrna.org/microrna/home.do/). With the database, we searched miRNA response elements (MREs) on circRNAs, and selected miRNAs based on the seed-match sequences.

差异表达环状RNA（circular RNA, circRNA）与微小RNA（microRNA, miRNA）之间的互作关系，通过TargetScan及miRanda算法完成理论预测，两款算法的依托数据库网址为http://www.microrna.org/microrna/home.do/。依托该数据库，我们在环状RNA上检索微小RNA应答元件（miRNA response elements, MREs），并基于种子匹配序列筛选得到对应的微小RNA。
