Plant tissue culture apparatus according to the present invention， the outer container for storing the culture medium; And an inner container accommodated in the outer container， wherein side and bottom surfaces of the inner container are disposed to be spaced apart from the inner side and inner bottom surface of the outer container， so that a lower portion of the inner container is immersed in the culture solution. And a semi-solid medium is stored in the inner container， and a plurality of holes are formed in the bottom surface of the inner container， and the culture solution permeates the semi-solid medium through the plurality of holes.
