2013 balance sheet of the fight against infringement of intellectual property rights

Assessment of interventions against infringements of intellectual property rights, published by the Ministry of the Interior jointly with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, and in collaboration with the National Association for the Defence of Trademark (ANDEMA), an association attached to the Higher Council of Chambers of Commerce. It should be noted that this is the first year that data on interventions carried out by the Local Police Corps that provide data to the Statistical Crime System (SEC) are provided.本数据集为针对知识产权侵权行为的执法行动评估报告，由内政部与教育、文化和体育部联合发布，并与隶属于高等商会理事会的全国商标保护协会（National Association for the Defence of Trademark, ANDEMA）合作完成。需特别说明的是，本年度首次纳入了向犯罪统计系统（Statistical Crime System, SEC）报送数据的地方警察部队所开展的执法行动相关数据。
