资源简介:
The plant root associated microbiome, particularly the rhizospheric one, plays an indispensible part in overall plant growth. They remain as a key regulator of nutritional supply, growth promotion, stress management and disease control of the associated plants. The rhizospheric microbiota varies in different environment which essentially includes variations in host or agro-climatic (autechology/synechology) conditions. We prepare the metagenomic DNA from each sample and sequenced the hypervariable V3 region form the 16SrRNA gene. The generated OTUs predicted that the community is different in the rhizosphere from normal saline soil to the higher saline soil and from monocot host to the dicot hosts. Four soil sites of which one is Galsi (23.3385 N 87.6852 E) rice associated rhzospheric normal soil containing area. Egra (21.9001 N 87.5370 E) is Peanut associated rhizospheric normal soil containing area. Third & fourth region is Gosaba (22.1652 N 88.8079 E) rice and peanut associated rhizospheric high saline containing area.
