RNA-seq of E17.5 WT and Emb-/- mouse placentas and lungs

To study function of Embigin in mouse embryos, five E17.5 WT and Emb-/- placentas and lungs were dissected, and the RNA was isolated and submitted to high-throughput sequencing to find differentially expressed genes between WT and Emb knock-out mouse lungs or placentas为探究Embigin在小鼠胚胎中的功能，本研究对5例发育至第17.5天（E17.5）的野生型（Wild Type, WT）及Emb纯合敲除（Emb-/-）小鼠的胎盘与肺组织进行解剖分离，随后提取总RNA并开展高通量测序（high-throughput sequencing），以筛选野生型与Emb基因敲除小鼠肺及胎盘组织间的差异表达基因（differentially expressed genes）。
