Development plan Bergstedt 24 Hamburg

The development plan Bergstedt 24 for the area north-west of the old village centre of Bergstedt (district Wandsbek, district 524) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Heiddiek — south-east borders of parcels 3283, 3253, 3366 and 3367, north-east borders of parcels 1005, 1352 and 1001 (Lohbek) of the area Bergstedt — Lottbeker Weg — Bergstedter Chaussee — Bergstedter Kirchenstraße, across the Wohldorf Damm — Bergstedter Kirchenstraße, western borders of the parcels 3605, 3606, 3607, 1275, 1011 to 1014, 1016, 1017, 1386, 1018 and 1019, west and north border of the landmark 2970 of the Bergstedt — Wohldorfer Damm area (Wandsbek district, district 524).

针对伯格施泰特（Bergstedt）旧村中心西北部区域（万茨贝克区，524分区）的《伯格施泰特24号开发规划》已正式确立。
该区域的边界划定如下：
海德迪克（Heiddiek）—— 以宗地3283、3253、3366及3367的东南边界，伯格施泰特区域内宗地1005、1352与1001（洛贝克Lohbek）的东北边界为界；洛特贝克路（Lottbeker Weg）—— 伯格施泰特大道（Bergstedter Chaussee）—— 伯格施泰特教堂街（Bergstedter Kirchenstraße），经由沃尔多夫堤路（Wohldorf Damm）—— 伯格施泰特教堂街，宗地3605、3606、3607、1275、1011至1014、1016、1017、1386、1018及1019的西侧边界，以及伯格施泰特-沃尔多夫堤路区域（万茨贝克区，524分区）界标2970的西、北边界为界。
