Haplotype clustering accuracy of High Resolution Melt analysis

Haplotype discrimination of High Resolution Melt analysis (HRM) across various non-coding chloroplast regions. Each haplotype was initially and selected for HRM, then run in replicate and the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of HRM clustering determined for each haplotype and region.
