Local Building Regulation (ÖBV) on the design of structural installations for the scope of the development plan No 51/81 ‘Before the Eyßel’, subdivision 5

By means of the design statutes (local building regulation — for short ÖBV — pursuant to § 84(3) NBauO) certain urban, structural or ecological intentions for a part of the municipal area are realised. This positive design care can refer to special requirements for the design of buildings, advertising systems, enclosures as well as non-constructible areas such as front gardens. Ecological regulations for the greening of buildings or the leaching of precipitation water are also possible.依据《建筑法》（NBauO）第84条第3款制定的地方建筑设计规范（以下简称ÖBV），可针对部分市政区域落地特定的城市规划、建筑结构或生态设计目标。此类正向设计管控可涵盖建筑、广告设施、围挡的设计专项要求，以及前花园等不可建设区域的相关规定；针对建筑绿化或雨水渗滤的生态管控准则，同样可纳入该规范体系。
