Data for article off-resonant photoluminescence spectroscopy of high-optical quality single photon emitters in gan

Hereby, I provide all the data that was used for creating figures in the article "Data for article off-resonant photoluminescence spectroscopy of high-optical quality single photon emitters in gan". For each figure the data is provided with a sperate folder in data.zip file. The data is in the .xlsx format. And a readme file is stored in each folder for easier interpretation.
