资源简介:
Title: Stakeholders’ Prioritization of Operation and Maintenance Domains by AHP and Indicator Weights by SWING:
Description: This dataset presents the results of a participatory multi-criteria analysis conducted with 35 experts representing five stakeholder groups—researchers, regulators, practitioners, head teachers, and sanitation teachers. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SWING weighting method, participants prioritized six key domains and 33 indicators influencing the operation and maintenance (O&M) of school sanitation facilities in Kampala, Uganda. The Excel file contains three sheets: (i) Domain Weights by AHP Method, (ii) Indicator Weights by SWING, and (iii) Global Indicator Weights. The data support evidence-based decision-making for sustainable sanitation service delivery and can be used for comparative studies, framework calibration, or decision-support modeling in WASH system research. Key Words: School sanitation; Operation and maintenance; Analytic Hierarchy Process; SWING method; Sustainability. To maintain anonymity, participants were coded by stakeholder group and sequence number as follows: RG = Regulators, P = Practitioners , R= Researchers, HT = Head Teacher, ST = Sanitation Teachers. Each participant contributed weighting scores for the AHP and/or SWING exercises according to their professional perspective.
