185 patients aged 18 to 60 years old diagnosed with de novo or secondary AML. This population was composed of 114 FLT3-ITD positive patients and 71 FLT3-ITD negative patients by fragment analysis.Peripheral blood or bone marrow samples from AML patients were screened with our standard NGS routine with a capture method (SSQXT Agilent) and sequenced with Illumina technology.
