AAV integrations in Mus musculus

This project examined integration sites of adeno-associated virus (AAV) in mouse tissues, their effect on gene expression, and their relationship to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). We observed an increase in the incidence of HCC after treating mice with multiple different AAV vectors. The sequencing sample provided here contains ligation-mediated PCR amplicons of the AAV-genome junctions of multiple mice, sampled over several tissue types. In addition, we compared gene expression data between HCCs and normal liver tissue.
