Phenology and biological traits of migrating river lamprey (Lampetra fluviatilis) sampled by trapping in the Bresle river (France).

Since 1982, migratory river lampreys have been captured on the Bresle basin, first as a bycatch from salmonid trapping, then to observe migration phenology and quantify their abundance. 15 km from the river estuary a trapping system controls adult river lampreys migration for a period of 6 months per year (3-6 months per year historically). On the occasion of the capture, biometric characteristics are taken to characterize the population in order to feed this data set.自1982年起，研究人员便在布勒勒（Bresle）流域开展洄游性河七鳃鳗的捕获工作：最初其作为鲑科鱼类捕捞作业的兼捕渔获物被捕获，后续则为观测洄游物候、量化种群丰度而专门开展捕获。在距离该河流河口15公里处布设了一套诱捕系统，用于拦截成年洄游河七鳃鳗的洄游通道，年度捕获时长为6个月（历史上为3至6个月）。每次捕获过程中，研究人员均会采集个体的生物测量特征，以表征种群特征并为该数据集补充相关数据。
