Data from https://www.deutschlandatlas.bund.de : Building land prices for homes in 2020 in euros per m². The shown building land price reflects the cost of one square meter of land for the development with own homes, i.e. single or two-family houses. The price of construction land fluctuates significantly regionally. It is highest in the conurbations and in the extreme south of Germany. The lowest prices are in the rural east of Germany.
