Sediment samples were collected at ten sites within Mobile Bay and Mississippi Sound on January 28, 2013, for PAH analysis. All samples tested were below detection limits for PAHs.
Purpose: To see if Deepwater Horizon oil spill residue might be affecting shrimp catch in areas of Mobile Bay and Mississippi Sound that had previously produced good shrimp catches.
