Graph of biological interactions

Dataset is represented in a form of a graph, where edges are biological interactions and the nodes are genes, proteins or probes. Biological interactions include protein-protein interactions (PPI) and co-expression. Node identifiers originating from various databases were mapped to one unique Ensembl name space, i.e every node in the network has identifier starting with ENSG.
