医学图像标准测试数据库-肺结节影像与标注数据集

本数据集共包含371例胸部CT数据和一个记录数据标注情况的Excel文件。数据集中的所有影像来源于上海长征医院，每例影像数据包含一个 “image.nii.gz” 文件和不少于1个mask文件。“image.nii.gz”文件为患者的原始CT影像，mask文件为医生勾画的肺结节。
Excel文件包含371个患者共3156个肺结节的记录数，每条记录描述一个肺结节的信息，包括该结节所属患者的影像编号、数据来源、肺结节文件名以及该结节的密度类型。
该数据集可供科研人员开展肺癌相关的研究。

This dataset contains 371 cases of chest CT volumes and an Excel file documenting the data annotation details. All imaging data in this dataset are sourced from Shanghai Changzheng Hospital. Each imaging case includes one "image.nii.gz" file and at least one mask file. The "image.nii.gz" file is the original 3D CT volume of the corresponding patient, while the mask files are the segmentation masks of pulmonary nodules manually outlined by radiologists. The Excel file contains records for a total of 3156 pulmonary nodules across 371 patients. Each record describes the information of one pulmonary nodule, including the imaging ID of the patient to whom the nodule belongs, data source, filename of the pulmonary nodule, and the density type of the nodule. This dataset is available for researchers to conduct lung cancer-related research.
