Effects Botryodiplodia theobromeae inoculation on Dalbergia sissoo

Here we report the NGS RNA-seq data of the D. sissoo treated with the Botryodiplodia theobromeae. Overall design: The experiment was conducted on the one year old plants growing in the tempreture controlled green house. The infection culture was applied on the base of the plant by making a small injury at the base. Then after 20 days the leafs of the plants were isolated.
