This dataset and source code pertain to the real-time chemical substance classification system developed by the MEMS Laboratory at Kangwon National University.The dataset consists of measurements from three types of Ballantine's whiskey: 12-year, 17-year, and 21-year.本数据集及源代码隶属于江原国立大学（Kangwon National University）微机电系统（MEMS）实验室研发的实时化学物质分类系统。该数据集包含三款百龄坛威士忌的检测数据，分别为12年陈、17年陈及21年陈酿款。
