The general development plan (“GAP”) consists of a graphic and written part. In general, the data is made available as a “ZIP” file. The graphic part of the GAP is provided in the “GML” format, in accordance with the provisions of the Ministerial Regulation of 1 July 2016. The graphic part consists of different areas as defined by the Grand Ducal Regulation of 28 July 2011 concerning the content of the general development plan of a municipality. The written part of the MAP is provided in “DOCX” format. The master plans covering all the areas subject to the preparation of a special ‘new neighbourhood’ development plan are also made available as well as the continued special development plans (PAPs). These documents are provided in PDF format.
