资源简介:
To search for the key mRNAs involved in the progression from chronic inflammation into gastric adenocarcinoma, we used high-throughput second-generation sequencing. Human biopsy specimens of gastric mucosa were collected from Chniese patients at each of the four pathological stages in the progression from gastritis to gastric cancer. The specimens of chronic non-atrophic gastritis (CNAG ), chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), precancerous lesions of gastric cancer (PLGC), and some gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC) patients were collected by endoscopic mucosal biopsy. Twenty RNA samples extracted in total, five from each stage, were used to construct the mRNA library by the means of mRNA enrichment . Sequencing was performed using the BGISEQ-500 platform following the manufactures' protocol.Raw data was analyzed by Bowtie2 v2.2.5 and RSEM v1.2.12.
