The complete genomes of actinobacterial strains from the NBC collection from nanopore and illumina data genome sequencing and assembly

This project describe the sequencing and assembly of genomes of actinobacterial strains from the NBC collection at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability at he Technical University of Denmark. DNA was extracted with Qiagen genomic tip 20 and sequenced on both the illumina and nanopore platforms, to ensure high contiguity and high quality of assemblies.
