Study of citizens’ satisfaction with public services and the institutional management of the Madrid City Council in the face of COVID-19 (2020)

The main objective of the study is to know the perception and degree of satisfaction with municipal services and the assessment of the management of the City of Madrid in the face of COVID-19. This dataset provides the microdata of the survey carried out for the preparation of the study.
