Data from experiment in which great tit (<i>Parus major</i>) eggs were incubation under normal (20% oxygen) or hyperoxic (40% oxygen) conditions. Data comprise measurements of antixoidants and lipid peroxidation in brain tissue and yolk, and relative telomere length in brain tissue.
