METHOD OF MAKING WOOD BOARD AND DEVICE FOR MAKING WOOD BOARDS

FIELD: woodworking industry. SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of wood boards. Fibers treated with glue are dispersed to produce a fibrous carpet. Fiber carpet is pressed to produce wood board. Liquid is applied on coated area of substrate by means of application device. Control of application of liquid on coated area of substrate is performed by means of infrared camera， so that it is possible to detect application non-uniformity based on change of temperature change caused by application of liquid in application area. Application of liquid is application of liquid polymer resin on pressed outer layer of wood plate. Device for making wood boards comprises device for making substrate by pressing fibrous carpet， applying a device for applying liquid on the coated area of the substrate and an infrared camera for automatically capturing at least part of the coated area. 本发明组涉及木质板材的生产工艺。将经胶粘剂处理的纤维分散后制成纤维毡，对该纤维毡进行压制成型以制备木质板材。通过涂布装置将液体涂布于基材的待涂布区域；采用红外相机（infrared camera）实现对基材待涂布区域的液体涂布控制，可基于涂布区域内液体涂布所引发的温度变化，检测涂布不均问题。所述液体涂布具体为向木质板材的热压外层涂布液态聚合物树脂。木质板材制备装置包括：用于通过压制成型纤维毡以制备基材的装置、用于向基材待涂布区域涂布液体的涂布装置，以及用于自动采集待涂布区域至少部分影像的红外相机。有益效果：提升所生产木质板材的产品质量。本申请包含12项权利要求，3幅附图。
