Computation of Magnetohydrodynamic Equilibria with Voigt Regularization

This dataset contains the raw data files of calculations and Python scripts to analyze the data and create figures in the publication. HKT_N128_resistive - resistive calculation for the HKT test problem.Tearing_N256_ideal_1 - ideal calculation for the Tearing mode test problem.Tearing_N256_resistive_1 - resistive calculation for the Tearing mode test problem. In each folder, there are a few subdirectories corresponding to different Voigt coefficients and dissipation coefficients. The time sequence of each run is stored under the /test folder, and diagnostics is stored under the test_analysis. Python scripts for plotting the time evolution are included. Some of the plotting scripts (e.g. plot_2d_series.py) assume that Dedalus V2 is installed.
