This document serves as a defensive disclosure (public prior art) for three algorithmic frameworks derived from the CETΩ informa- tional–modular theory: (1) the Non-KMS Measurement Predictor, (2) the Modular Flow Simulator, and (3) the Fractional-Frequency Tezon Ringdown Filter. This establishes a publicly timestamped prior claim in order to prevent third-party patenting and to guarantee open scien- tific availability.
