List of written notices on the connection of personal data collections

These are notifications of controllers on the linking of personal data collections. Controllers of personal data connecting two or more databases of personal data kept for different purposes are obliged to inform the IP in advance of this in writing. The record contains a list of these notifications.本数据集收录的是涉及个人数据集合关联的数据控制者（data controller）提交的通知。对于将为不同目的留存的两个及以上个人数据库进行关联的数据控制者，其有义务以书面形式提前就该事项告知IP。本记录包含上述通知的清单。
