GZR data on undeclared work 2013 — decisions on fines pursuant to Section 16(1) and (2) of the AÜG — Legal entities — Business sectors

With the overview GZR data on undeclared work in 2013, the Federal Office of Justice presents the result of evaluations of the fines for administrative offences in the area of undeclared work entered in the 2013 sub-registries on natural persons and legal persons and associations of persons in the commercial central register. The data set shows all fine decisions against legal persons who were entered in the commercial central register in the evaluation year pursuant to Section 16(1) to (2) of the Workers’ Transfer Act (AÜG). The registrations are differentiated by industry.联邦司法局依托2013年未申报工作（undeclared work）相关的GZR概述数据集，发布了针对2013年商业中央登记簿（commercial central register）下自然人、法人及人员社团子登记簿中登记的未申报工作领域行政违法罚款的评估结果。本数据集涵盖评估年度内，依据《工人调动法》（Workers’ Transfer Act，AÜG）第16条第(1)至(2)款完成商业中央登记簿登记的法人所涉全部罚款裁决，且登记信息将按行业进行分类区分。
