Geographical relations distant from the 2013 licences of sports federations to their club

The annual census of licences from sports federations approved by the Ministry in charge of sports makes it possible to measure the level and evolution over time of supervised sport. These statistics provide insight into public policies for the development of sport, both nationally and territorially. It is a census at the place of habitation of the person and not at the place of practice. Licensing clubs are sometimes very far from the licensee’s place of residence. This is particularly noticeable for disciplines whose practice conditions adhere to a specific relief (littoral, mountain...). The Census of Licences of Sports Federations allows, by tracing the licensed/club link, to return these distant geographical relationships which are potentially as many trips motivated by sports practice. The data relate to three sports federations (FF): FF sailing, FF golf and FF studies and underwater sports For each federation, volumes of licences are presented per couple “common residence of the licensee/commune domiciliation of the club”由体育主管部门核准的各体育联合会（FF）年度执照普查，可量化受监管体育活动的发展水平及其随时间的演变态势。此类统计数据可为全国及各地区的体育发展公共政策制定提供科学参考。本次普查以持证者的常住登记地址为统计基准，而非其开展体育活动的场地地址。 注册体育俱乐部有时与持证者的居住地相距甚远，这在对开展场地地形有特定要求（滨海、山地等）的运动项目中尤为显著。 通过追踪持证者与所属俱乐部的关联关系，本次体育联合会执照普查可还原这类跨区域的地理关联，此类关联本质上多为因体育活动产生的出行行为。 本次数据覆盖三家体育联合会（FF）：FF帆船联合会（FF sailing）、FF高尔夫联合会（FF golf）以及FF水下运动与学术研究联合会（FF studies and underwater sports）。 针对每家联合会，数据均按「持证者常住地/俱乐部注册所属市镇」这一组合维度统计持证执照数量。
