Rhizosphere bacterial and fungal communities under contrasting soil and water management in a pot experiment (16S and ITS amplicon sequencing)

This project investigates rhizosphere microbiome responses to contrasting soil management and water regimes in a controlled pot experiment. Rhizosphere samples were collected at two time points and subjected to amplicon sequencing targeting bacterial communities (16S rRNA gene) and fungal communities (ITS region). The objective is to evaluate how soil and water management practices influence rhizosphere microbial community structure and composition.
