miRNA sequencing data and mRNA sequencing data from AMI patients and healthy adults

The high fatality rate of AMI is a worldwide problem, and miRNA is believed to play a regulatory role in the occurrence of AMI. We performed microRNA (miRNA) sequencing, and messenger RNA (mRNA) sequencing on plasma samples from healthy adults and AMI patients to identify the key miRNA involved with AMI. The results showed elevated levels of hsa-let-7e-5p and the decreased levels of ZGLP1 in AMI samples compared to control.
