雄安新区1km栅格年平均风速数据集（2004年）

针对传统的基于站点数据的空间插值方法中，地形复杂地区的站点代表性较差以及站点的空间分布差异性的问题，利用NCEP/NCAR全球气候再分析资料雄安新区区域气候要素数据及MODISNDVI和DEM数据，将分辨率较低的NCEP/NCAR气候要素数据降尺度到1km分辨率，得到雄安新区1km栅格逐年平均风速数据集，数据集时间为2004年。该数据集适用于从事地貌、自然地理、生态、灾害、资源、环保、农业、林业、国防等相关研究的科技工作者使用，也适用于政府决策部门使用。

Targeting the issues of poor representativeness and uneven spatial distribution of meteorological stations in topographically complex regions in traditional station-based spatial interpolation methods, this dataset utilizes NCEP/NCAR global climate reanalysis data, climate variable data over the Xiong'an New Area, MODIS NDVI and DEM data. It downscales the low-resolution NCEP/NCAR climate variable data to 1 km resolution, producing a 1 km grid annual mean wind speed dataset for the Xiong'an New Area in 2004. This dataset is applicable to scientific researchers engaged in relevant studies such as geomorphology, physical geography, ecology, disaster prevention, resources, environmental protection, agriculture, forestry and national defense, as well as government decision-making departments.
